MESSAGE TO PHA EMPLOYEES 

Port of Houston Authority maintenance, operations and all employees at the Barbours Cut and Bayport terminals must report to work Wednesday, September 17 to help with cleanup and recovery efforts needed to bring the terminals back online.                           

Business casual attire is acceptable.                                  

All other PHA staff should continue their communications regarding their status with their direct supervisors and managers.

A range of serious complications due to the lack of electricity prohbits the Port of Houston Authority from opening for normal business operations Wednesday, September 17.             

Employees should also continue to monitor the PHA Hotline and www.PHAstatus.com or www.portofhouston.com for updates.

All employees should check PHA return to work status for the entire workforce after 7:00pm, Wednesday, September 17 on the PHA Hotline at 713-670-2870 and   www.PHAstatus.com.
